Safe, Sunny and Family Friendly
Surf School BVI is all about having fun in the sun and enjoying the thrill of the ocean. You don’t have to be an athlete, a high-energy kid or an accomplished adventurer to try surfing. Everyone who can swim can have a go! Come and try it out, have our Certified Surf Instructors help you gain confidence and teach you to find your feet. Whatever your levels of fitness, we guarantee you’ll be stoked by what you achieve!
Paddle Out
You will learn simple techniques to keep you safe and enjoy the energy of the ocean. Starting on the beach, you’ll learn how to lie on a surfboard and paddle it. Then, with close instruction, you’ll start catching waves in no time.
Basic Safety & Etiquette
Surfing is a ton of fun but to keep it that way, we need to know safety and rules of the road – stuff that’s easy to learn and keeps everyone smiling.

BVI Traveller was created in September of 2017 to help tourism in the British Virgin Islands recover from the devastation wrought by Hurricane Irma.
To that end, we met our goals. In the past 7 years there have been over 1.2 million visits to the website and over 3 million pages have been viewed. There are over 1,000 pages on the site featuring news posts and detailed listings on all hotels, villas, restaurants and sailing charters located in the BVI. The BVI Government and many business, hotels, villas and sailing charters have all agreed that the site “moved the needle on tourism” after Irma.
The site, however, has run its course. It has served its purpose by bringing visitors and local businesses together to rebuild the tourist industry and it is now time to shut down operations for good.
