Oil Nut Bay includes only 88 home sites set within eight unique neighborhoods—all designed to highlight the diverse topography and expansive sea views. In addition, Oil Nut Bay offers an exclusive collection of completed turnkey properties, built by Victor International and designed by the world’s finest architects and engineers.

The Marina and Marina Village

The new Marina Village is now open! The village offers a hub of activity, featuring the Marina’s signature restaurant, Nova, in addition to a covered lounge and bar, suspended pool, overwater hammocks and daybeds, market, boutique, library and more.

Oil Nut Bay’s state-of-the-art Marina includes an eventual 93 berths that are perfectly situated in the natural harbor of Deep Bay. The secure alongside mooring can accommodate yachts up to 130 feet (40 meters) and a draft of up to 8 feet (2.4 meters). Berths are privately owned by Oil Nut Bay homeowners and are also available for nightly reservations.

Oil Nut Bay offers complete yacht management that can be customized to meet individual needs, as well as extensive Marina Services, including reliable utilities that exceed industry standards.
