BVI Traveller wanted to give our readers a current update on the status of the restaurants on Anegada including those that have reopened and those that still remained closed after the hurricanes. Anegada was fortunate, in that it escaped the full force of both Irma and Maria. As a result, most of Anegada’s dining establishments were able to complete their rebuilds and open their doors in late 2017 or early 2018. Others, such as Sid’s Pomato Point Restaurant did not reopen until 2019. The good news for visitors and residents alike is that it looks like most of the restaurants took this opportunity to make a significant upgrade over their establishment’s pre-Irma version.
The next time you visit Anegada, either by land or by sea, check out the following restaurants and bars that are now open. Your taste buds will be rewarded!
