Oil Nut Bay on Virgin Gorda released the following announcement highlighting more good news on the resurgence of the BVI. They reported, “There’s no question the British Virgin Islands are bouncing back in full force after hurricanes Irma and Maria swept through the islands almost a year ago. Leading the way on the island of Virgin Gorda, BVI is Oil Nut Bay, an eco-luxe resort community that recently broke ground on one of the first new villas since the hurricane.”
The contemporary courtyard-style villa will eventually be a part of Oil Nut Bay’s rental program, is designed by M+T AD and is a contemporary contrast to the standard island design. The most unique part of the villa is its entrance, which looks modest from the outside but sits on the roof offering dramatic views of the sea and Necker Island. Other stand out features of the 4,000 sq. ft., four-bedroom villa includes a private Zen garden, outdoor shower, secluded floating pool and a wood clad yoga deck. In addition, a landscaped path will lead to a completely private slice of Oil Nut Bay’s pristine beach
