About the Director

Trudi King, director of Best of BVI Ltd, first visited the British Virgin Islands over 25 years ago when her brother and his family settled on Tortola after sailing around the world. She has a real passion for the islands, and believes that many people in the world, especially in Europe, don’t know they exist. Best of BVI aims to encourage more people from around the world to have the opportunity of visiting these beautiful islands.

Trudi has travelled to the British Virgin Islands for the last 25 years, sometimes 3 or 4 times a year and knows the islands extremely well, and not just from a tourist’s point-of-view. She knows the best routes to get there, the best luxury villas, the best crewed charter yachts, and the best restaurants. She knows where to go, what to do and has included 10 Top Tips on this website to help you get the most out of your vacation and hopefully, like her, you will want to return again and again.
