Casa Caribe is ideally suited for those looking for value in a Caribbean villa with an awesome “on the water” location. At Casa Caribe, you’ll fall asleep to the sounds of lapping waves and wake up to a spectacular multi-island view from this classically compact and comfortable villa. Literally on the water’s edge, you’ll enjoy immediate access to Little Apple Bay and its assortment of recreational opportunity. When the sea is calm, you can swim and snorkel directly off the front porch.

The Loft Villa – 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4

The Loft is our most spacious unit, and is ideal for a couple or family of four. The living room/dining room has soaring 24 foot ceiling to capture the sea breezes and double arched doors leading out to the dining balcony for an incredible ocean view. When the swell is up, Apple Bay offers some of the area’s best surfing, boogie boarding, and body surfing all conveniently located just outside the villa. Of course one of the most popular activities is simply reading a book on the waterside porch, while soaking in a few rays of sunshine.

Outdoor Living Space – The sweeping panoramic view spans Little Apple Bay, Carrot Bay, and the entrance to Cane Garden Bay, as well as the outer islands of Jost Van Dyke. Look directly down from the balcony railing and see the tropical fish swim among the coral as the pelicans soar overhead. The outside of the loft features a covered dining balcony with seating for four, a porch swing, and a side porch with more unobstructed ocean views.

Living Room – The large living area features comfortable twin sleeper sofas, decorated in vibrant Caribbean colors, which can be used to accommodate those with children. There is also a ceiling fan to circulate the cool ocean breeze. An inside dining table for those rare rainy evenings can seat up to 4 and also makes an ideal surface for board games. The bathroom is adjacent to the living area and features a fully tiled walk-in shower. The loft is equipped with a stereo and high speed WIFI. A landline phone is provided and all local calls are free.

Loft Bedroom – The expansive master bedroom is located in the “loft area” above the living area and is accessed by a fully tiled semi-circular staircase. Above the queen size bed is a cathedral ceiling with fan and an open and airy walk-in closet offers ample space for clothing, etc. The aqua blue waters are framed by the extra large picture window facing the sea. All linens, bath and beach towels are provided.

Loft Kitchen – The galley kitchen features a ceramic cooktop stove, built-in microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker and cooler, as well as all stoneware, cookware, utensils, etc. There is a barbecue grill on the side entry porch which also features a lounge chair and foot bath after a day at the beach. Everything you need for a Relaxing Vacation!

The Sea Level Villa – 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 2

Featuring an extra large covered dining patio nestled between the sea and the garden area, Sea Level is an exceptionally private one bedroom apartment that is perfect for a couple’s get-way. Sip a cold drink on the water’s edge while you rock gently to the ocean’s waves. Watch the pelicans dive and the fish jump from every window in your secluded paradise.

Outside Living Space – The expansive outside living area of the unique Sea Level apartment offers fresh sea breezes and an uninterrupted panoramic view spanning the beach, various bays, and the northern islands of Jost Van Dyke. There is dining for 6, as well as cushioned twin rocking chairs adjacent to the sea-wall. The ocean is literally just a “stoneʼs throw” away!

Sea Level Bedroom – The bedroom features a queen size bed, large closet, five drawer bureau and incredible sea views from the oversize arched windows. The ceiling and full size floor fan circulate the ocean breeze. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a fully tiled walk-in shower. All linens, bath and beach towels are provided.

Sea Level Kitchen – The Sea Level apartment offers a fully equipped deluxe kitchen, including ceramic cooktop stove, built-in microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and cooler for the beach. All stoneware, cookware, glasses, etc. are also provided. The kitchen is immediately adjacent to the covered dining patio and is accessed thru double wide arched mahogany doors. Barbecue a steak, or a freshly caught fish to perfection on the grill or just “chill” in total comfort in this special “little piece of paradise.”

Sea Level Living Room – The comfortable living room is an extension of the patio and kitchen creating a large open area that is tastefully appointed with a full size couch, ceiling fan and twin arched windows overlooking the sea. The beach side apartment is equipped with a stereo and high speed WIFI. A landline phone is provided and all local calls are free.
