Stay Among Huge Granite Boulders at Guavaberry

Guavaberry Spring Bay is proud to offer twenty (20) unique vacation homes and fourteen (14) deluxe villas ranging from one to five bedrooms. Nestled among huge granite boulders, our accommodations have magnificent views across the Sir Francis Drake Channel, and are a short walk to Spring Bay beach. We are located just north of the world famous rock formation ”The Baths”.

Guavaberry Spring Bay Vacation Homes is a family owned and operated property. We hope to make you feel like part of our family too. Many of our staff members have been working with us for more than 30 years, and we are fortunate to have returning guests for as many years. We look forward to welcoming you to the Guavaberry family!

Our vacation homes offer a unique experience. Akin to tree house living, the homes all have screened louvered windows allowing the tropical breeze to come through. Private decks with ocean views provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy your sunset cocktail.

One Bedroom Houses – Ideal for one or two people, our one bedroom homes can be made with a king bed or two twin beds. Each house offers a full kitchen, living area, bathroom and private deck with an ocean view. Our one bedroom houses are 350 square feet.
Air Conditioning is available in some houses for an extra charge

Two Bedroom Houses – Ideal for a family or two couples, these houses offer two bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. The living area and kitchen provide plenty of space to enjoy time together. Outside, on your private patio there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining, and chaise lounges for that peaceful afternoon nap. Our two bedroom houses are 900 square feet.

Three Bedroom House – Ideal for a family, three couples or a group of friends! This house offers three bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open concept, creating a perfect space to gather. Double doors open onto a wrap around patio with chaise lounges for soaking up the sun, covered front patio with an outside dining area, and a sunken barbecue deck beneath the boulder behind the house. For a spectacular view you can head up to the upper deck, perched atop a huge granite boulder. Our three bedroom house is 1500 square feet.

Deluxe Villas – In addition to our Vacation Homes, Guavaberry Spring Bay manages fourteen (14) deluxe villas ranging from one to five bedrooms. The villas are located nearby in Little Trunk Estates, Spring Bay Estates, Whale Bay Estates and near the Baths. These privately owned villas offer something for everyone. Do you prefer to be closer to the beach, enjoy an awe inspiring view, long for a private pool, or need Wi-Fi to keep in touch with work? Our deluxe villas are a perfect destination for family vacations, winter getaways, couples retreats, destination weddings and honeymoons, family reunions, or a trip with your group of friends.
