Located at the top of Virgin Gorda’s famous Baths National Park, this luxurious villa is only a short stroll from the crystal blue-green water and powder white beaches of The Baths and Devil’s Bay. Wake up to Atlantic sunrises from the main house master bedroom or climb the spiral staircase to enjoy spectacular Caribbean sunsets over Sir Francis Drake Channel and neighboring islands.

Gentle ocean breezes always flow through this luxury villa with mahogany folding doors throughout the home to adjust these breezes to your individual taste. Las Brisas’ main house master and guest bedrooms are separated from the main living area by spaciously tiled decking and a private fresh water pool.

Living Area

The living room boasts contemporary high beamed ceilings, imported wicker furniture, and a fully equipped entertainment center including TV, stereo, cassette, CD, and games. This area provides easy access to kitchen, front and side patios, pool area and breezeways, outdoor BBQ and wet bar, and also has its own bathroom. A covered breezeway connects to the Master Bedroom and spiral staircase to the observation deck.

The kitchen is generously equipped with a full-sized refrigerator-freezer, conventional and microwave ovens, gas stove, dishwasher, double sink, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all imaginable cooking and eating utensils. Ample cupboard, drawer and counter space permits easy preparation of any meal. You can choose to eat at either the indoor dining table or breezeway patio, both fully equipped with highest quality dining furniture. The kitchen bar and barstools facilitate socializing with the chef.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom with a king sized bed has its own beautiful view of the Atlantic and is separated from the main house to maximize privacy. Wake up to your own colorful sunrise or have a private breakfast on the front patio. A bathroom with adjoining outdoor glass block shower is perfectly designed for privacy and beauty and a large walk-in closet provides ample storage for anything that you might bring to wear.

The guest bedroom is the same size as the Master Bedroom and offers the same amenities . Two queen sized beds provide extra sleeping capacity when needed and it has its own bathroom with adjoining open air glass block shower. A large ceiling fan provides extra comfort when desired.

Outside

A raised stone wall encloses a fresh water pool located in the central patio area. Tile decking with an array of patio furniture and landscaping completely surrounds the pool. Whether its an early morning dip or watching the sunset with a cool drink in your hand, the pool area offers a relaxing way to spend many hours admiring picturesque views of the Atlantic, other neighboring islands, and the rocks of nearby Baths National Park.

Las Brisas Villa and Las Brisas “Casita” can be rented together to accommodate 6 guests.
