Red Rock Villa & Spa is the sister-villa of the renowned rental villa Katitche Point Greathouse. Red Rock Villa is located on the magnificent shoulder of Princess Quarters, in the southern Valley region of Virgin Gorda, near the famous The Baths and the historic Copper Mine Ruins. The villa offers views over two oceans, to the south-west over the Sir Francis Drake Channel and the Atlantic, to the north-east over Taddy Bay and the Caribbean Sea. The villa’s location at the end of a dead-end road offers total privacy and tranquility.

Red Rock has wonderful lush tropical gardens and a beautiful Koi pond in the atrium. The villa is designed around an atrium with a pyramid shaped greatroom and the bedroom suites ensuring total privacy. Red Rock Villa has over 2,350 square feet of indoor and living areas. The second floor features a master bedroom with a verandah and also a gallery & lounge with television, games, and comfortable leisure seating. The outdoor verandahs, decks, patio, pool, and pond have parts that are open to the tropical skies with other parts shaded. Guests will enjoy the vast pool which is 26 x 39 feet in size and offers a wonderful place to enjoy a colling dip after a day at the beach.

A great room with a professionally equipped kitchen, a media-room with state of the art Satellite-TV, VCR, DVD, Internet ports and Bose-Stereo equipment and magnificent indoor and outdoor dining facilities. The beautifully designed bedroom suites all have king-size beds, allergy-free latex mattresses, air-conditioning, and exquisite bathrooms.
