Rockmere is a private five bedroom villa located in Little Trunk Estate. Featuring a gourmet kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, spectacular panoramic views and a small dunk pool, the modern furnishings complement classic comforts. With multiple patios and 3,000 square feet of interior space, you will find your ideal location for rest and relaxation. Perfect for a family’s summer vacation, secluded honeymoon, or a vacation with friends.

Main House

Impressive is an understatement for this great room. As you enter into the gourmet kitchen and dining area, your attention is soon drawn to the spacious family room, only to be blown away by the breathtaking panoramic view of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and surrounding islands. Open the folding doors connecting the patio and enjoy the views from any angle.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom is separated from the main house by a breezeway, features a king bed, ceiling fan, modern bathroom with a double vanity as well as an open air shower. Sliding screened doors lead onto the main patio and magnificent view.

The first guest room is below the main house and has a private patio which overlooks the gardens and the ocean view. The two twin beds can be made up as a king bed, and there is plenty of space for an extra cot or crib.

The second guest room, Gemstone, is in a separate building just before the great room. It features two twin beds which convert to a king bed, and a bathroom with open air shower.

Just beyond the private pool you’ll find the Rockery, a newly renovated third guest room which has 2 Twin beds and 2 roll aways. These can be configured as 1 King and 2 roll aways. The Rockery also has an inspiring view from the deck.

Tucked behind the Rockery is our fourth guest room, the Guest Sweet, offering a Queen sofa sleeper and a kitchenette.

All five bedrooms are air conditioned.

Outside

With expansive patios you will have many places to relax and enjoy the views and breezes. Sip a cocktail on the main patio and take in the view, dine al fresco off of the living room, or take dip in the dunk pool among the boulders in the garden. Stroll down the path to the private estate road and you will come to Little Trunk beach. Dotted with granite boulders both in and out of the ocean, this white sand beach is a favorite to many, but is never crowded.
