Sugar Mill Plantation villa is an elegant two story, four bedroom, three bathroom villa which boasts panoramic ocean views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel.

This is the place to take in the spectacular sunsets of the British Virgin Islands. Only a stones throw from Spring Bay beach or a short snorkel to The Baths, Sugar Mill is a fantastic choice for a private retreat or vacation in paradise.

Upper Level

The kitchen, living and dining area is open plan so you can admire the ocean views while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen. Off the living area is the guest room and adjacent guest bathroom.

At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. Both the master and guest bedrooms open onto a private patio. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

Lower Level

Perfect for a family or teenagers, this level has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms lead out to private patios in the garden. There is also a wet bar so you can prepare your morning coffee or midnight snack without having to go upstairs.

One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds that can convert into a king bed.

Outside

With an expansive deck upstairs, or the garden patios downstairs, there are plenty of areas to relax. Snooze in the hammocks, sip sunset cocktails out on the lookout point, or enjoy an outdoor dining experience. The property also has a variety of tropical fruits and colorful foliage.
