This charming, centrally air-conditioned 1-bedroom villa, complete with ceiling fans throughout, offers a romantic escape within a lush tropical garden. A spacious sundeck surrounds a sparkling turquoise pool, with expansive views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel visible from nearly every room, including the dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and even the indoor spa shower.
For larger groups, Sunset Watch can be rented in combination with 1 Paradise Lane, creating a 3-bedroom villa for up to 8 guests. Additionally, when Sunset Watch, 1 Paradise Lane, and Sundowner are combined, the property becomes the ONE Paradise Lane (The Compound), offering accommodations for up to 10 people.
The newly designed gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring abundant storage and a custom white concrete countertop with a unique “Virgin Island Confetti” design—crafted from a blend of local recycled sea glass and mother-of-pearl inlay. Cooking, preparing, and cleaning up will be effortless with top-of-the-line appliances, including:

The living room features an oversized, hurricane-rated 13-foot wide sliding glass door that seamlessly brings the stunning view of the blue sky and water inside. The credenza houses a 50” smart TV with access to Amazon Music and Movies, Apple Movies, high-speed fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, and local cordless phones. Connect music from any device to the portable waterproof Bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying tunes poolside or at the beach.

The large tiled deck adjacent to the pool is reserved for exclusive use by guests of Sunset Watch and includes seating for six, allowing for intimate gatherings. The west-facing patio overlooks the beach and the Sir Francis Drake Channel, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing, dining, and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The patio features retractable awnings, dining furniture, and comfortable lounge chairs.
Take a stone pathway down to the isolated Nail Bay Beach, where you’ll find 1,600 sq. ft. of private white sandy beach with 125 feet of beachfront. Relax in a hammock or enjoy a picnic on the outdoor seating next to a picnic table. This secluded beach offers incredible snorkeling opportunities, with vibrant marine life and natural rock pools to explore. A pile of boulders provides the perfect spot to climb, play, or enjoy a champagne toast while watching the waves.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, and fins are provided at no extra cost. For an additional adventure, you can use one of the property’s kayaks to explore the nearby waterfront or even venture to the Dog Islands.
