The North Sound is a Boaters Paradise!

Leverick Bay has it all if you are a boater. You are within walking distance to Bradley Powerboats, the best power boat rental in the BVI. Rent our Villa and rent a 28’ Center Console with twin 115 Hp Yamaha 4-strokes and you have the best of both worlds! There are also SUP’s, Hobie Cats and Kayak rentals at Blue Rush Water Sports on the same beach as the dock. Bradley even rents a 13’ dinghy if you just want to island hop in North Sound for a day.

Tamarind Villa is perfectly positioned above Leverick Bay to take advantage of the incredible views overlooking the beautiful harbor of North Sound. When entering the villa, the first thing you think is the pictures just can’t do justice to the views. Prickly Pear, Saba Rock, Bitter End, and Moskito are just a few of the islands that can be seen from all different directions from the villa. Watch yachts of all sizes come and go throughout the day like a parade while relaxing poolside on the deck.
This beautifully furnished Moroccan-style villa features an oval fresh water pool with an island stone patio and wood deck that provide excellent views of the neighboring islands including Moskito Island, which is owned by Sir Richard Branson. There are lounge chairs, pool floats and shaded areas to relax and unwind. Or grab yourself a cool beverage from the outdoor refrigerator. Tamarind’s arches frame the views of the North Sound from its large covered patios that border two sides of the villa. Outdoor dining or just watching the boats go by is a favorite pastime of our guests. In addition, the villa is only a short walk from the beach, restaurants, dive shop, boat rentals, boutiques, spa and grocery at nearby Leverick Bay Resort.

The Villa

The spacious Great Room includes living, dining, and kitchen areas under a natural beamed cathedral ceiling. Cooling trade winds flow throughout the villa, augmented by ceiling fans in every room. Or if you like there is also A/C throughout. There is a large curved sofa in the living room area. Great for socializing. The room has cable TV, DVD, CD Stereo (w/ iPod hookup) and WIFi.

The Kitchen is defined by a surround bar formed of island stone with granite countertop , includes dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the dishes and utensils necessary to prepare the finest dinner and cocktail parties while enjoying views of the pool and the Sound. Or hire a chef for night and sit back and let someone else do the cooking.

The Master Bedroom overlooks North Sound from a private patio and includes a king-size bed, private bath, walk-in closet and dual armoires. Guest room one offers a Queen bed and its own private patio with views of North Sound, reading chair, dresser, closet and love seat.

Guest rooms two and three are across from the pool and offer more privacy away from the main house. King beds and trundle bed provides 3 separate beds for larger parties, ensuite bathroom with glass block showers and independent air conditioning units in each room. These rooms are opened when there are more then 2 couples. The fifth Guest room has bunk beds for kids/sailors and a dresser.
