Villa Alicia offers unique architecture and a 180-degree view of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and Virgin Gorda. Perched high on the hill above Hodges Creek, Villa Alicia (although fully air conditioned) has the most wonderful Caribbean breezes that provide comfort and relaxation in this picturesque setting.

The large property boasts 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a large pool deck with Infinity Pool and outdoor bar, outdoor gazebo dining, outdoor pizza oven, and a state of the art gym. Villa Alicia also boasts the modern conveniences of Internet access throughout, satellite TV in the lounge and every bedroom, and a music sound system.

The unique barrel-shaped roof and two story turret enhance the fabulous view which stretches from the Dogs on your left to Salt Island on your right with Virgin Gorda and the Sir Francis Drake channel front and center.

The main floor of the house has a full kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast table, formal dining area, large living room with entertainment center, and plenty of quiet areas to relax, a laundry room and the lower floor turret bedroom.

Bedrooms (5)
Each bedroom has an en suite and windows facing the amazing views. Each is fully air-conditioned and has satellite TV. The two turret bedrooms have additional spacious dressing room areas and the upstairs turret bedroom (Master) has a large double shower and King size bed.
The King size bed and the four Queen size beds will sleep up to 10 guests, plus there is room for air mattresses in case the kids or friends need a little more sleeping room.
*Ground floor bedroom in the main house and two additional bedrooms upstairs.
*Two additional bedrooms under the main house are accessed from an exterior staircase.

Bathrooms (7)
There are five full en suite bathrooms (master has a double shower), one powder room on the main floor, plus one powder room and private shower by the pool deck.

Gym
The Gym at Villa Alicia is brand new and state of the art – with a treadmill, stationary bike, weight lifting machine and rack. There are wall-to-wall mirrors and air conditioning.

Outdoor Living
With sunshine, cool breezes, blue skies and Virgin Gorda as a backdrop, the pool deck is a wonderful place to be! The gazebo off the living Room offers outside poolside dining overlooking and there is a gas grill for barbecuing, an outdoor pizza oven. There is also an outdoor wet bar and a DJ output for events.
Nestled down at the opposite end of the house is a quiet gazebo – hand-made with local stone –for those who want some quiet time.

Technology
Even though islands are for getaways and relaxing, high technology has been incorporated into the villa for those that need to stay connected. Dedicated Internet access provides wireless access. There is a flat-screen 60” TV with satellite TV, and home theatre surround sound available in the Living Room. And 40” TV’s with satellite service in every bedroom.
