Villa Kai is perched above the Caribbean Sea, offering unparalleled views of Trunk Bay, a pristine white sand beach directly below the property. Enjoy the views of Guana Island and passing yachts and sailing vessels. Total serenity and a sense of peace falls upon you as you enter this modern Caribbean villa. Enjoy a tropical cocktail in one of the many comfortable outdoor lounging areas.

Villa Kai provides 5 King Suites, each with en-suite bathrooms, balcony’s and unobstructed views of the Caribbean’s crystal blue water. In the main house you will find a complete gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor lounging and indoor and outdoor dining for up to 10 guests.

Indoor Living – The gourmet kitchen in a bright Caribbean Red provides all that you will need from preparing a quick snack to a multiple course gourmet meal. Don’t feel like cooking? Villa Kai can provide a gourmet chef to cater to your needs whether it’s a dinner party for 10 or a wedding reception. For a formal dinner party or if the weather is a bit inclement, Villa Kai provides a 10 seat indoor dining venue with crystal chandelier. “U” shaped couch and 72” TV rounds out the luxurious modern Caribbean design.

Outdoor Living – Villa Kai offers multiple venues at different levels, both covered and open to the sun for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean weather. Sit under cover of the upper level veranda and enjoy the cool trade wind breeze. Have dinner a la fresco on the veranda with seating for 8 – 12. Enjoy the lower level and infinity pool perched above the beach below. Lounge chairs, couches are abundant for all guests. Tired? Take a relaxing nap on the king size canopy bed on the pool deck. Wherever you decide to spend your time, you will have views and breezes that are only available in a few special places on the planet.

Villa Kai offers an unprecedented 5 king suites, each with en-suite bathrooms. 4 of the suites each have a private balcony and all have an unparalleled view of the Caribbean Sea and Trunk Bay Beach below. The suites at Villa Kai are each done in a different primary color. Each suite offers a walk-in closet and dresser. 4 of the suites offer double basin sinks, one of a kind custom lighting and private separate toilet areas. Each suite has an independently controlled AC unit and ceiling fan.

Blue Suite – This beautiful 4-poster king suite has a balcony that overlooks the infinity edge pool and the pool deck. Professionally decorated with blue sheer drapery behind black out curtains for “sleeping in”. A double bowl glass sink in blue, over a white counter provides storage for all your toiletries. Custom blue lighting and blue glass tile provide a tropical feel.

Green Suite – The Green Suite with its soft cooling colors will provide you with a sense of serenity. The lime green sheer curtains blend artfully with the Caribbean water and sky. This suite offers a hand carved king size bed, private toilet area, double bowl sink in green glass with matching custom lighting.

Orange Suite – This suite, closest to the main living area has been professional decorated in orange hues. From the orange sheer curtains to the area rugs this suite is in tune for hot tropical nights. This suite offers a 4-poster bed, matching artwork in orange hues, private toilet room, double glass sinks and unprecedented views of the beach from the shower.

Red Suite – The most private of all the suites has red sheer curtains, red glass bowl sinks in the Master Bath with red custom lighting and red glass tile in the shower. A hand carved king size bed, rounds out this suite.

Yellow Suite – This suite located below the main living area is located closest to the pool deck. Although this suite does not offer a private balcony, it still offers a walkway balcony, custom king size bed, single bowl glass sink all in sunny yellow hues.
